3 Days To Go!

We are getting close to gig time!
Currently in the process of putting the finishing touches to our set, which will feature all of the tracks that will appear on the debut E.P. along with some of our other compositions. We Will be on stage at around 10:00pm, the gig is free entry and with a late bar, so make sure you join us afterwards for a jar!

The photoshoot last weekend was really fun, much thanks to Alex Davidson for taking time out with us to take the shots. A gallery of the best stuff will be up soon.
The recordings are going well still. Alex has been busy this weekend putting down his bass tracks with his new bass.

Having spent a week in the studio tracking guitars, the demo is taking shape nicely. As with all these things, Drummers and Guitarists are a thorough and professional bunch, Singers and bassists… not so.
I’m sure it’ll be worth putting Alex through the pain of having to play his parts MORE THAN ONCE, for I’m sure this demo is going to be kick ass. Once Whitty cracks out the tunes, this is something we’re all gonna be proud of.

Recording Update

The weekend turned out to be a rather successful venture. I managed to get down six of the drum tracks in good time and they’ve seemed to have turned out rather well.
We took a camcorder into the sessions for us to create a little mash up of our recording memories and there will be a hilarious moment, watching Alex rocking out in complete silence.
