Fantastic. Been in a very similar situation myself although with not quite so many ideas and recordings i must confess. Every now and again I will stumble upon some forgotten recordings on my phone that I try to resurrect, sometimes I even unearth some old Dictaphone and cassette tape recordings from way back that I try to breath new life into once the years of dust and grime have been shovelled away.
Can totally relate to the work situation as well and trying to work on something positive in a crap situation.
All good fun.
